On October 31, 2012, SM. Entertainment released the "Flower Power" PV in two versions, the normal and dance version. The music video is similar to their 2011 Japanese PV "Mr. Taxi" in respect to the production and shooting style of the video, along with the bondage-like costumes worn which resemble the outfits used in "Mr. Taxi".
